1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to most locations across India.
- Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your area.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- We offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value. This will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on our Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package appears tampered, damaged, or defective upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately.
- If you receive a damaged product, record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info.alnooraan@gmail.com.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- Al Nooraan is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Multiple Items
- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on availability and packaging requirements.
- You will receive tracking information for each package separately.
