Are Al Nooraan perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?

We recommend doing a patch test before applying any new fragrance, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, Al Nooraan is committed to ethical practices. Our products are not tested on animals.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping it in the bathroom as humidity can affect the fragrance quality.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

How long does a refund take?

If your refund claim is accepted after verification, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of acceptance.
