At Al Nooraan, we wish our customers the best shopping experience. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned to us once delivered.
Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product or ingredient. You are advised to do a patch test before use.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated after a thorough verification process as outlined below.
Refund Policy
Al Nooraan is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. However, we are committed to resolving genuine transit-related issues fairly.
Please read the following carefully:
- Unboxing Video Mandatory: An unboxing video is mandatory along with the original packaging in case of claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product received. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Damaged Package on Delivery: In case a package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
- Claim Window: A refund claim must be made within 24 hours of order delivery. No refunds will be entertained after this period.
- Non-Delivery Claims: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. No refunds will be made after this period.
- Delivery Charges: The refund amount does not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time: If your claim is accepted after verification, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of acceptance.
- Confirmation: Al Nooraan will provide all relevant details along with a transaction ID once the refund is initiated.
How to Raise a Claim
If you have received a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the damage or issue with the original packaging intact.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Send the video and images to our team at info.alnooraan@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund For [Your Order Number]".
- Our team will verify your claim and reach out to you within a reasonable timeframe with a resolution.
